The Railroad Museum Celebrates Peter Donahue

A life sized bust of the great industrial tycoon and founder of the railroad terminus in Tiburon Peter Donahue has been memorialized in a striking bust now on display. Unveiled on March 31st at the Donahue Building, home of the Tiburon Railroad and Ferry Depot Museum, the bust was sculpted by Howard Lazar as commissioned by the Belvedere Tiburon Landmarks Society. The Marin IJ featured the unveiling on the front page two days before.
